The bar serves eight different varieties of quality matcha from Japan that’s been handpicked this year and stone-ground especially for this pop-up, and it’s made and whisked to order so you can be sure you’re getting the absolute freshest possible bowls of tea. A range of other green and black loose leaf teas, which are rarely tasted outside of Japan, are also on offer and you’ll also be able to pick up some tips on how to make matcha at home at one of the workshops and tutorials. So if you’re around Soho and need a tea break, this is the place to come.
