Pasta Nostra has only recently opened on Old Street but it’s soon to be joined by another pasta joint as Officina 00 is opening just up the road, inside the same development as Tayer + Elementary. The workshop and restaurant, run by Elia Sebregondi (formerly of Bone Daddies and Kiln) and Enzo Mirto (formerly of Ella Canta), will serve up regional Italian pastas, like occhi with braised pork Genovese, sour parsley and provolone and orecchiette with peperoncini verde and almond pesto, plus a bar menu featuring fried ravioli with cacio e pepe filling.

And just in case there’s not enough carbs from the pasta, there’ll be fresh baked sourdough and profiterole rolls on offer too. Definitely a place for the stretchy trousers. Get in there first during the soft launch from 19th – 23rd August and bag 50% OFF food.
