‘O ver, the Borough restaurant famous for serving up the city’s first pure sea water pizza, is opening a sister site in St James’s this spring. The restaurant will serve up fresh Neapolitan food made with the best Italian produce. Naturally, those sea water pizzas, which have a softer, tender crust making them easier to digest, will feature on the menu alongside dishes like Genovese pasta with a 12-hour beef and amber onion ragu and Tuscan pork sausage and porcini pappardelle.
And it’s not just the food that’ll transport you to Italy with plants, walnut wood, marble and brass, plus retractable full-height windows that open onto a courtyard, bringing the Italian vibes to St James’s.
