Sicilian-inspired restaurant Norma is turning four this September and to celebrate, the Fitzrovia spot is having four guest chefs come in to cook over four consecutive evenings. Each guest chef has collaborated with Norma’s Executive Head Chef Giovann Attard on the different menus to offer their own interpretation of Norma’s Sicilian style. Each guest chef will be cooking up a five-course £65 set menu, so check out who’s heading into the kitchen below:

Tues 26th September | Lisa Goodwin-Allen and Jozef Rogulski

Lisa, Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Northcote in Lancashire and Jozef Roguski, The Stafford’s Executive Chef (Northcote, The Stafford and Norma are all part of The Stafford Collection) will be showcasing Sicilian-inspired fine dining with dishes like octopus carpaccio and leek & truffle agnolotti.

Weds 27th September | Giuseppe Federici

Guiseppe will be showcasing vegan comfort food with Nonna’s ultimate vegan lasagne and vegan biscoff tiramisu.

Thurs 28th September | Danilo Cortellini

It’s all about classic Italian flavours with pasta master Danilo Cortellini, whose menu includes uovo in raviolo San Domenico with seasonal truffle.  

Fri 29th September | Olivia Cavalli

Food writer, stylist and chef Olivia Cavalli is finishing off the series with seasonal dishes from her cookbook Stagioni: Contemporary Italian Cooking to Celebrate the Seasons, including saffron risotto with braised fennel and roasted Delica pumpkin, borlotti beans, purple kale and salsa verde.
