Nine Lives, the cocktail bar tucked away in London Bridge, is moving out on to the alley this summer for a Mexican-inspired al fresco bar. The Nine Lives bar team will be shaking up summer spritzes, slushies and low-alc highballs, and Mexican street food truck Tigre Tacos will be serving Baja-style fish tacos, grilled shrimp tacos and octopus tostadas with house-made salsas and pickles.
There’ll be a number of health & safety guidelines in place, including limited capacity, hand sanitisation stations, menus available via QR codes and gloves and masks for staff, but it’s the closest we’ll be getting to Mexico for the moment!
