NICO DE SOTO WILL BE SHAKING UP COCKTAILS AT SILVERLEAF IN PAN PACIFIC LONDON FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY

Parisian mixologist Nico de Soto will be in London for the one-night takeover

Silverleaf, the cocktail bar on the third floor of Pan Pacific London, has already established itself as one of the best cocktail bars in the city, and this September, it’s getting even better thanks to a very special bar takeover. Parisian mixologist Nico de Soto and cognac brand Pierre Ferrand will be shaking up an exclusive cocktail menu at the bar for one night only on 13th September.

When it comes to cocktails, Nico de Soto really does know his stuff; he’s worked at top bars in Paris, London and New York, including opening Experimental Cocktail Club both here and in NYC, and he owns three of his own bars, Mace in NYC’s East Village, Danico in Paris and Kaido in Miami. For the takeover at Silverleaf, Nico has created three special serves with the Silverleaf team adding three of their own, so here’s what you’ll be able to try on the night:

  • RABARBAR by Nico – Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, Linie Aquavit, Rhubarb, Raspberry, Spiced Coconut Syrup, Lemon & Whey.
  • HUTAN by Nico – Tonka Brown Butter Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, Ferrand Dry Curacao, Oloroso, Pandan & Banana Cream, Egg & Bobas.
  • GARDEN by Nico – Pierre Ferrand Cognac Ambre, Fig Leaves, Strawberry Campari, Sweet Vermouth & Tomato Water.
  • TARTE TATIN by Silverleaf – Eagle Rare 10 Bourbon, Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Seven Tails XO Brandy, Avallen Calvados, Nardini Almond Grappa, Taylor’s Velvet Falernum, Caramelised Spiced Apple Syrup, Apple Juice, Lemon Juice & Milk.
  • GRAPE by Silverleaf – Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Muscatel, Capreolus Grape & Oxalis
  • APRICOT by Silverleaf – Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, Apricot, Chamomile & Fennel Pollen

Each of Nico’s and Silverleaf’s cocktails will be £12 and they’ll only be available for the one night takeover, so this is a golden chance for you to try some of Nico’s creations here in London.
