Goring Hotel keeps on pulling the punches and now it’s serving them in the beach bar! That’s right The Goring have opened a beach bar complete with white sand, Rum punch and Basil, a famous bar owner all the way from the Caribbean island of Mustique.

Basil’s Bar and Restaurant on the island of Mustique is a favourite with the A listers – Wino, Kate Moss and Mick Jagger have all visited. The Goring’s bar debuts today and lets hope the English weather picks up on those Caribbean vibes!

Set in the hotel’s garden the bar will run from Wed 8th June until September leaving plenty of time to don your flip flops, straw hat and head along for a cocktail or two. Bikinis = optional.

Open from Tuesday – Saturday, noon – 9pm
