According to Hotels.com London’s five-star hotels are the 11th most expensive in the world with rooms selling for approx £212 a night. For 5-star that’s not too bad either, especially given the quality of the hotels here.
New York topped the tables clocking in at a whopping £400 a night. The most expensive European city was Geneva also clocking in at number two on the worldwide list with an average room rate of £300.
