The secret is finally out, ACE hotels are heading to London, taking over the Crowne Plaza hotel on Shoreditch High street and converting it into an ACE property which will open in September. The American hotel group which has hotels in NYC and Palm Springs has a strong focus on music with Gibson guitars and turntables in most rooms and bars/clubs which host DJ’s and live bands.
The Shoreditch ACE will no doubt have the same cool features and includes a restaurant, bar and event space run by the team behind Bistrotheque and Shrimpys, an out post of Square Mile Coffee and That Flower Shop. There’s not much more to say for now, other than it sounds ACE and we’ll keep you posted on developments.
