Ellie Rowsells haunting vocals are so versatile. She crescendo’s into an absolute explosion on some tracks then softly serenades on others, it has been said, with a likeness to The Cranberries. And because of that, the Mercury Prize shortlisted debut album, ‘My Love is Cool’ has got to be one of the best rock albums of the year, with such pure lyrics and instrumentals.
With so much going on, the band are also looking to next year as tickets went on general release last week for their 2016 UK tour. After an almost instant sell out gig at The Forum, the band announce a second show. Being of North London, they kinda had to really! A fresh chance for fans to see Wolf Alice in their prime.
