Some of the freshest and most creative chefs in London will be cooking at The Hoxton, Southwark over the next three months as part of the hotel’s New Kids On The Stove chef residency series. Each one night only event will feature brand new menus from Ana Da Costa of Two Hot Asians, Ben Lippett of Mob and Sophie Wyburd of Mob, with matching beers from Camden Town Brewery.
Following Ana and Ben’s dinners, Sophie (who is food lead at Mob) will taking over the kitchen and cooking up a set menu consisting of ‘non discriminate comfort food’, with dishes like mussel croquettes with guindilla chilli mayo, burnt onion & bean crostini with anchovies, pig cheek & porcini lasagne with bitter leaf & sprout salad, and salted chocolate creme brulee. Tickets cost £45 and include the menu plus 3 and a 1/2 pints from Camden Town Brewery.
