The London festival calendar is about to get even busier
Now that spring is on the horizon, the festival announcements are coming thick and fast, and as well as London staples like All Points East, Field Day, South Facing, GALA and Mighty Hoopla, we’ve got some newbies on the scene for 2024. Joining Big Smoke, the debut festival from Skepta, this summer is brand new fest High Lights, which is being put on the Percolate crew.
Percolate is no stranger to putting on parties and High Lights certainly sounds like it’s going to be another good one. Taking over Barking Park for three days, it’s being billed as a “new outdoor music experience” that will be”exploring the boundaries between space, sound and sense”, with custom installations coming from design studio Lucid Creates, so we’re expecting some interesting production around the music. Speaking of music, the likes of Carl Cox, Max Cooper, FUSE, Kelly Lee Owens, Actress, Calibre, Ross From Friends, Rival Consoles and Logic1000 have all been announced with many more names still to come. Tickets are on sale now, though the festival still needs to be granted a licence.
