After swapping the city for Osea Island last year, Native is coming back to town and opening inside Browns in Mayfair. Ivan Tisdall-Downes and Imogen Davis, with Joe Knowlden from Hide joining as Head Chef, will be bringing their wild and sustainable food to the store with a menu that includes dishes like roast onion tarte tatin, roast cauliflower with nasturtium & brown butter, paoched brill with seaweed beurre blanc, retired dairy cow ribeye with yeasted onion puree & wild mushrooms, and white chocolate & bone marrow caramel.

The restaurant is slated to open in the spring but you’ll be able to get a taste of the zero-waste menu early thanks to the just-launched three- and six-course Native at Home kits, alongside wines of the week selected by Imogen. The menus will change every two weeks and delivery is available nationwide.
