NATIONAL TRUST TO RE-OPEN PARKS AND GARDENS

After closing all of its parks and gardens back in March, The National Trust will be re-opening many sites across England and Northern Ireland again from 3rd June, including Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Cliveden in the South East. However, you’ll have to pre-book to help ensure social distancing rules can be maintained and pay a fee if you’re not already a member. All the houses will stay closed, so it’s strictly outdoors only.

New booking slots will be available every Friday, with more being reopened over the coming weeks too. The National Trust is also asking people to stay local where they can to help manage the visitor numbers. Check which gardens are open and book them here.

Kew Gardens has also reopened its outdoor spaces (indoor areas including the glasshouses are still closed) and you’ll also have to pre-book if you want to visit.

Opens Weds 3rd June 2020
