before have we seen a mussel-y man in Dalston…until now! Yes leave those skinny jeans at home because The Mussel Men are in town this month to host a one day pop-up Mussel Shack complete with thumb war championship.

Taking place in Fabrica 584 on Kingsland Road The Mussel Men’s aim is to make quality seafood accessible to the masses. You will usually find their stalls at festivals and events around the country, but for one day only you can enjoy their grub in the depths of East London – no wellies needed! The menu will be limited, in that there will be Moules-Frites and prosecco on offer. It costs £30 for a couple with a bottle of prosecco or £12 for a portion of moules-frites with a glass of prosecco.
