music, fitness and mental health with popfit

In the lead up to World Mental Health Day, POPfit is hosting a spesh panel all about the benefits of exercise on mental health featuring founder Stephanie Burrows, Melanie C, musician Andy Burrows and author Matt Haig. The mind doesn’t function well when the body isn’t working properly, and moving to music – which is what POPfit is all about – is proven to contribute to a healthy mind. The panel will all be talking about their personal experiences regarding music, exercise and mental health, and following the conversation, there will be a live set from Andy Burrows (featuring tracks from his new album Reasons To Stay Alive) and both a POPfit Signature and POPfit Stretch class.

The £10 ticket includes the panel session, the workout, drinks and nibbles, and a Fabletics goody bag.
