are making a bid to encourage us workaholics to reclaim our lunch break back with their Pop up Parks…and you know what? We are with them on that. Far too many of us find it more convenient during the working day to eat around meetings, conference calls or whatever, well that stops now! Montgomery Square, Canary Wharf is a sanctuary of calm where you WILL go, take the break, enjoy your lunch, breathe in that fresh air and relax.

This three day pop up opens today and you can purchase M&S food, play a game or two or simply take in the sunshine (it’s coming). Research shows that those who skip their lunch break are more stressed, less productive and more likely to snack on unhealthy foods later in the afternoon (ladies)…we even heard your head could fall off! Make a stand and reclaim your right for a lunch break people.
