is a new all day dining cafe just opening in Hackney town. Located on an old curry house on Hackney Road the laid back joint will be open 7 days a week for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner – oh and there will be a token basement bar with late licence. We manged to get a sneak peak of the dinner and brunch menu and it sounds pretty good! We’re ALL over the Skillet breakfast; eggs, potatoes, spinach, feta & tomato, the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the stuffed sardines.

The brains behind the project is one Phillip Way who was previously at Barworks which owns Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, Electricity Showrooms, The Diners, Exmouth Arms etc and the chef is Chery-Lynn ex-head chef of Elk in the Woods in Islington. I like a female head chef it makes a nice change.
