it be that fried chicken is taking over burgers in the popularity steaks? It certainly looks that way. The latest pop-up comes from the guys at Mother Clucker who have set up shop in The Endurance in Soho.

The fried chicken pop-up serves twice fried free-range chicken marinated in a sweet tea brine and coated in buttermilk. There is a choice of three dishes, we chose the Mother Clucker Combo – basically their version of a KFC bucket – containing a cup of cluster clucks (small bites of chicken pieces), a drumstick, waffle fries and an American biscuit. There’s also a basket of wings and some smothered fries on offer and all meals come with a choice of spicy/zingy homemade sauces.

Keep an eye out for the new menu, we’ve heard deep fried Mac’n’Cheese is on the cards. Catch ’em before they cluck off on 28th April
