moroccan medina at queen of hoxton

Queen of Hoxton is helping to banish any winter blues by transforming their rooftop into a Moroccan Medina. Inspired by the Yves Saint Laurent garden in Marrakesh, there’ll be plenty of cobalt blue, catci and fairy lights with lots of cast iron fire pits to keep warm in front of, and in their winter wigwam you’ll find drapes, cushions, ceramic tiles and lanterns, with a secret snug hidden inside a giant Moroccan lamp. They’ll also be serving a range of hot cocktails, including the Casablancan Mint Tea (gin, fresh Moroccan mint tea and rosewater) and food like halloumi fries and shawarma chicken wraps to keep you feeling toasty. And with a whole host of events to come, like henna workshops and film screenings, you don’t need jet off to find any winter warmth…
