Remember that night you won £10 in a beauty contest, bought three houses, went to jail and hung out in free parking? We’ve all been there…on the Monopoly board game that is. Well now, Monopoly are about to shake up the international board as a a global vote gets underway to decide which cities are to be added onto a new global edition of the board called Monopoly Here and Now.
We’ve partnered up with Monopoly to help make sure London gets its rightful place in the board. And we need your help to make sure our city claims it’s spot so head to VoteMonopoly.com and cast your vote for London. COME ON LONDON!
Voting for the cities to be added is open until March 4th and also included are Edinburgh, Cardiff, Dublin and Belfast from the UK and Ireland. From Tuesday 3rd March there is ‘Wild-Card Week’ which means any town and city from across the globe can be put forward to make up the final spots on the board. The results of the vote will be announced on the 80th Anniversary of Monopoly on Thursday 19th March.
We are armed with a giant Property Card capturing images that scream London to us, so keep an eye on our social media.
