Inspired by the street food of Tel Aviv, Shuk; is landing in Seven Dials Market this week and bringing its killer falafel, quality Middle Eastern ingredients and traditional family recipes along with it. Shuk; will come as a very welcome addition to Seven Dials’ roster, being the first and only Middle Eastern vendor at the market and having already made waves at their Borough Market location.
Fluffy pita will remain at the core of Shuk;’s Seven Dials site, but the opening will also come with some new menu additions. Highlights include the chicken schnitzel sando (shawarma spiced chicken schnitzel, smoky mayo, baby gem and Brooklyn pickles on toasted challah), award-winning beef brisket croquetas (12-hour spiced brisket croquetas, smoky mayo, pickled red onions and Red Leicester cheese) and Limonana (a freshly squeezed lemon & mint slushie). Sounds like another winner.
