Chef Giancarlo Morelli, who holds a Michelin star for his restaurant Pomiroeu in Seregno and is known for his low-waste philosophy and creative takes on Italian classics, is coming to The Petersham in Covent Garden for one night only. On 29th November, he’ll be cooking up a seven-course tasting menu, using many ingredients from The Petersham’s Devon farm, featuring dishes like carnaroli rice with smoked buffalo ricotta, red prawn tartare and black truffle; Bergamasque-style casoncelli and veal shank with saffron sauce; and Pomiroeu’s tiramisu.
