Le Perroquet is opening in The St. Regis London this autumn
Daniel Rose is a one busy chef. We’re huge fans of his NYC restaurant Le Coucou, we’ve visited all of his spots in Paris, including Spring (RIP), and he had short-lived venues in LA and Chicago in partnership with Boka, and now he’s headed for London.
His debut restaurant in the capital will be Le Perroquet, opening inside The St. Regis London in Mayfair this autumn. The all-day brasserie will showcase his signature take on French cooking, with Executive Chef Robert Aikens (who worked with Rose in NYC) leading the kitchen. The menu will flow throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner, and work for every kind of meal – we’ll be bringing you dish details when we have them.
Speaking about the opening, Daniel Rose says: “For me, the brasserie is one of the most complete forms of a restaurant. It’s not about invention – it’s about doing things properly, with attention and care. It should feel alive, and part of the city around it. That’s what we hope to create here.”
