JETSET Pilates, the Miami-founded reformer concept with a serious celebrity following, has landed in London, opening its first UK studio in Shoreditch and marking the start of a wider rollout across the capital. Founded in 2010 by Tamara Galinsky, JETSET has built a cult following across the US and Australia, with more than 385 studios open or in development worldwide, so it’s a solid addition to London’s reformer scene.
The signature format is a 50-minute, music-led reformer class combining spring-based resistance training with dynamic sequencing for a full-body strength workout, kept to just 15 reformers per class so instructors can give proper hands-on guidance. Beyond the core JETSETter class, there’s a Fundamentals option for beginners and targeted Upper + Core and Lower + Core sessions. “London is a very special place to me, it was once home, and where I first discovered modern Pilates,” says founder Tamara Galinsky. “Bringing JETSET to this city feels like a true full circle moment.”
