you heard right and just as well, as MessHead’s ‘Fry Hard’ pop-up happening at Boxpark this Easter is set to be a calorific way to see off Lent. We’ve all heard of the fried Mars Bar right? Well, through the combined efforts of Miss Cakehead and London Mess they’re giving Londoners the chance to fry ANYTHING. MessHead have chosen a selection of over 100 different items to deep fry- from cheese strings to creme eggs- and they’re even asking you to get involved via their facebook and twitter to see what you’d like to give a good frying to. Think you can beat deep fried jaffa cakes? Then MessHead needs YOU.

Fry Hard will be in business from 11am on Thursday 2nd April till Sunday 5th April at Boxpark in Shoreditch. Incase you can’t wait that long, there’ll be two warm-up events on Sundays 22nd & 29th over on Columbia Road. Please note: deep fried flowers are not an option.
