GET 50% OFF FOOD AT NEW MEDITERRANEAN SPOT CAVO

CAVO, a huge, open-plan Meditteranean restaurant with a rooftop terrace, is opening at the end of Tottenham Court Road this February. Following in the footsteps of Tattu, the spot will be the latest addition to the Now Building – part of the striking entertainment development, Outernet. With two similar, successful restaurants already under his belt (one in Greece and one in Spain), it seems that founder Ivo Dimitrov has a tried and tested formula that’ll make CAVO a welcome newcomer to the nabe.

The menu takes inspiration from the sea along with various aspects of Meditteranean life and will be divided into two sections; one for seafood and the raw bar, and one for josper grilled meats. Expect the likes of chiperones with beetroot mayonnaise, artichoke hummus with fried artichoke leaf and goat yoghurt, and lasagna crocante with 36-month dry aged parmesan cream. On the terrace, the menu will centre more around seafood, with oyster platters on offer, to be paired with Mediterranean wines or Champagne.

CAVO will take its place on the 4th floor of the Now Building, that one by the tube station that’s encased in gold panelling and the world’s largest wrap-around high-res screens displaying digital artworks – it’s hard to miss. Inside, the restaurant will have a Mediterranean feel, contrasted with a prime view of Tottenham Court Road through floor-to-ceiling windows. This winter, when you’re Mediterranean dreaming, this might just be the place to be.

If this sounds like your kinda place, you could save a whopping 50% on your bill – get all the deets below.
If you want to take advantage of this deal, just book into CAVO for the a la carte menu during its opening week (from 21st – 26th February 2023).
