This year’s festival promises another epic showcase with some mega chefs on the line-up. Among the names lighting up the grills are Elliot Hashtroudi of Camille, barbecue authority Richard Turner of Bodean’s, Ruben Dawnay of Ruben’s Reubens, and chefs Marie Mitchell, Gorka, and Rasheed Philips. Black Bear Burger joins the action, alongside pastry powerhouses Isabel Coss and Valerie Chang. Expect the usual blend of bold flavours, ice-cold drinks and vibrant entertainment.
