MEATLiquor W1MK II – the new version of the original MEATLiquor that relocated up the road earlier this summer – is going all out for National Burger Day by staying open for 24 hours, serving up burgers from morning ’til night. Not only will classics like the Dead Hippie and the Green Chilli Cheeseburger be available, the restaurant will also be serving up breakfast burgers, which come meaty (pork sausage patty, bacon, mushrooms, egg), veggie (mushrooms, halloumi, egg) and vegan (mushrooms, hash browns), for one morning only.
MEATLiquor has also secured a 24-hour alcohol licence for the big day, so you won’t be going thirsty either; if you’re eating in the morning you can pair your burger with an English Breakfast Martini (Bombay Sapphire, vermouth blend, bacon dusted pickled quail’s egg) or a low alcohol Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. And if you’re pulling an all-nighter, the restaurant will even have toothbrushes and shaving kits on hand. Bring on those buns.
