Just when you thought MEATliquor burgers couldn’t get any better they rope in the big dogs to create two new burgers. Oh yes, Bone Daddies’ Ross Shonhan and José Pizarro have both created two burgers to be sold in MEATliquor, MEATmarket and MEATmission from now until 24th December.
Ross Shonhan’s creation is available now until 23rd November, labelled the Super Fatty Patty. That’s a bone marrow-infused beef patty with lemon ponzu, topped with chilli mayo, chizu, a fried egg, mizuna leaves, yakiniku sauce and pickled red onions.
José Pizarro has created the Iberiburger, made from Iberico pork and Manchego cheese, available from 24th November – 24th December.
Looks like Winter might not be that bleak after all!

Went to Meatliquor for the first time the other week and I was very impressed. Loved the atmosphere and the burgers were great too. Its a great little place to have in the back pocket. London Food Blog
