MEATLIQUOR TO OPEN THEIR BIGGEST SITE YET IN CLAPHAM

It’s been ten years since MEATLiquor started slinging burgers from their first restaurant, so they’re celebrating the occasion by opening another one, this time in Clapham Old Town. And it’s going to be real beast – once you pass under ‘sin along with the common people’ graffiti sign you’ll see two split-level bars, a 170-cover dining room, an outdoor garden and five big sports screens.

Naturally burgers will be the stars of the show with MEATLiquor icons like the Dead Hippie, the 1924, and the Green Chilli Cheese, all made with 100% Scottish beef, on the menu but if bird is the word, you’ve also got the Tower Block (crispy chicken breast, hash brown, jalapenos, slaw & Russian dressing) or the Parma (crispy chicken, breadcrumbed mozzarella, marinara sauce & parmesan). And all you plant-based peeps will be able to tuck into the Tempeh Tantrum (tempeh patty, mushroom & beetroot patty, ‘cheese’ & burger sauce), and the Burgaloo (roast potato & onion patty, pickled pink onions, lime pickles, soy yoghurt, red chillies & jini sev).

The ‘poke for Jägermeister’ buttons on the tables will ensure the good times keep flowing, with more shots, hard shakes, cocktails, wines, steins and beer frothies available at the bar and DJs spinning on the weekends. Bring on the buns.
