Prepare for your feeds to be raining purple because London’s Mayfield Lavender Farm is reopening this June
If you’re looking to up your insta game, Mayfield Lavender Farm is the place thanks to its seriously photogenic rows and rows of lavender – there’s even a red London phone box on site for photo ops. The farm will be open from June to August this year, with July and August the peak time for those purple blooms. There’s even a cafe on site so you can kick back with a lavender cider and a cake once you’ve gotten all the shots for the gram.
As well as the main farm in Banstead, Mayfield also has a separate gift shop and coffee bar in Epsom where you can pick up a range of lavender products. This year, it’ll also have an open-air theatre set against a field of flowers and the inaugural season will open with a production of Annie Get Your Gun from mid-July. If you’re looking for a bloomin’ good day out this summer, Mayfield is the place.
