Sarnie maestro Max Halley of Max’s Sandwich Shop is teaming up with surplus food app Too Good To Go to create the ultimate Christmas leftover sandwich and help inspire you to re-purpose your festive leftovers this season. Max’s sandwich features warm turkey trimmings, a leftover roastie & veg patty, citrus vegetable slaw, gravy mayo and leftover vegetable crisps, and you’ll be able to get your hands on it for one day only. He’ll be slinging 100 of the spesh sarnies from his Crouch Hill shop, so if you want one, you can order in advance via the Too Good To Go app, with all the profits from the sandwich sales being donated to support local food banks.
