Head to Catalyst on Fri 10th May to get your hands on a gyro made by Max Halley (the Max behind Max’s Sandwich Shop in Finsbury Park). Both the Catalyst team and Max Halley are responsible for some of the best sandwiches in London, so we’re sure their gyros will be pretty damn good too. The Gyros Party kicks off at 6pm and you’ll wanna get down there on time (or even early) as those pitas are gonna go fast.
