Cult Cardiff ramen joint Matsudai Ramen is hitting the road this summer and coming to London for two dates as part of a headline tour. Founded by former music industry man James Chant in 2019, Matsudai had done a series of a pop-ups and a six-week residency at a cafe in Cardiff before the pandemic hit, forcing him to abandon IRL events and turn his hand to home kits. Now he can cook for people in person again, he’s taking Matsudai and his ‘proper ramen’ on tour, stopping in Manchester, Bristol and Cardiff before arriving in the capital. And like any good band, he’ll be bringing out special guests in each city, with Supa Ya Ramen joining for the London dates.
If you fancy slurping on those noods, tickets go on pre-sale at 8am via the Matsudai mailing list with general sale starting at 10am. Other Matsudai events have sold out quick so move fast if you wanna be there.
