Hoxtonis getting it’s groove back with the help of Master & Servant, the new project from Matt Edwards the man behind the St John Hotel and HIX. Matt and head chef Luke Cleghorn are cooking up sophisticated meat and fish dishes to make the belly grumble. With their charcoal grill and smoke oven you can find Crab claws & chipotle mayonnaise along with smoked almonds and Surf clam chowder but the Hereford Porterhouse steak for two sounds mouth watering-monumental.
The place is decked out in the kind of New York fashion that has been hitting East London of late, you might not want to be wearing a tie but you’ll definitely want to give your shoes a polish.
