Dinings SW3 is bringing Cornwall to London this summer with a limited-time terrace takeover by one of the county’s most exciting chefs. Simon Stallard, the co-owner of Hidden Hut, Tavola and The Standard Inn, is known for his open fire cooking, so it only makes sense that the duo will be out on the terrace and on the grills for this two-day takeover. The informal five-course menu will use the finest quality seafood from the Cornish coastline and include highlights such as a seafood dashi paella with wasabi salsa.
