you’re looking for the perfect way to wow your friends over the xmas party season be it pre-rinks before you hit the pubs or your own little in house soirée then listen up cause this is something you might be interested in. Earlier this week we went down to Back in 5 Minutes, the secret dining club on Brick Lane to join the guys from Martini for a lesson in cocktail finesse…

The cocktail of choice was the MARTINI Royale and to make it is simple, fill a glass with ice then take one measure of the MARTINI Bianco top it up with MARTINI prosecco, a squeeze of lime and voila! This one is stirred not shaken – James Bond was just so last month – then finish it off with a touch of mint just so it looks the part. Plus if like us you find cocktail making at home a little, erm tedious then this recipe is for you, it’s easy peasy and pretty fail safe.

If you want to go all out then we recommend an all Italian feast. The Martini way. Meats and breads and a bit of Olive oil and your mates will think you’ve had Nigela round….or maybe not. Hey you could even ditch the carrot and the sherry and save some of this for the big S C. Ding, Ding, Ding dong!
