Martell have launched a pretty special experience at the Mondrian. Hidden away in the secret apartment you will find the Martell Suite, with access gained only by a key card that is designed to dispel the myths and preconceptions of Cognac through a journey of discovery. The limited edition experience kicks off with a Cognac-based Milk Punch – which takes THREE days to prepare; along with a gourmand serve, before being led through a secret doorway and into a tutored tasting of the Martell higher style expressions. The bespoke experience will make you see cognac in a whole new light and give you a new appreciation for the stuff.
And if you don’t manage to nab tickets for the experience, Mondrian’s Dandelyan bar has shaken up an exclusive menu of Cognac-based cocktails and will also serve up a cognac flight for those who prefer their drink straight.
