The latest instalment in Manifesto Pizzeria’s guest chef pizza series is Atul Kochhar, celebrated for being the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star. Atul’s guest pizza – featuring his spicy karahi sauce, chicken tikka, red, green and yellow peppers and fresh coriander – is on the menu now until 26th June.
Atul’s pizza follows Mark Hix’s very British creation last year which featured, pickled walnuts, crumbled black pudding and blue Monday cheese.
