Allpress Espresso are firing up the grill at their roastery next month and bringing in Dalston neighbours Mangal 2 to cook up a feast – the first night sold out in a flash so an extra date has been added. The menu includes dishes like grilled sweetbread slider with kefir slaw & pickled sumac onion; bell pepper dolma with cumin emulsion & Aleppo glaze; shishito peppers with aged kasar cheddar; boned-rib wrap with Mangal 2 hot sauce & grilled baby gem salad; Mang-elote grilled sweetcorn with Tulum cheese & pickled chilli ezme; and lemon doughnut with grilled cherries & isot pepper cream. Hackney’s binch and Bermondsey’s Partizan will be providing the natural wines and beers, and tickets also include a welcome drink and snacks on arrival.
