Inspired by Chinese New Year, we’re shaking up this Nagami Fortune cocktail from Yauatcha (and yes you can get it in both of the restaurants). It’s super damn easy and takes no time at all, but you will need to get kumquat marmalade and raspberry cordial. Here we go.
What You Need
bar spoon kumquat marmalade
25 ml lime juice
25 ml raspberry cordial
40 ml gin
What You Do
Put all of the above into your shaker
Add ice cubes
Shake
Double strain into the serving glass
