MAITRE CHOUX TO LAUNCH SAVOURY ECLAIRS

We all know Maître Choux for their pretty-as-a-picture sweet eclairs but now head pastry chef Joakim Prat is going savoury with the launch of four new flavours inspired by classic summer combos:

  • Double tomato and feta, filled with sundried tomato and feta cream
  • Crunchy spring vegetable, with a filling of earl grey and carrot puree and topping of marinated carrot, broccoli and cauliflower
  • Smoked salmon, yuzu cream cheese and avocado
  • Chicken mayo & avocado, with roasted chicken and parmesan on top and avo puree inside the golden choux pastry.

Does this mean eclairs are the new sandwiches?
