Following Market Yard, dishing out proper Neapolitan fare with a Southern Spanish twist…..Serrano ham, Brindisa chorizo and piquillo peppers on the pizzas, and Blood Orange Sangria alongside Negronis on the cocktail list.Foley’s Tasting Kitchen, Made of Dough have taken over the ovens at Shepherd’s Bush street food spot
It’s a short and sweet menu with just five pizzas, but when they’re made with such quality ingredients, there’s no need to be over-complicated. The veggie options are particularly good, with portobelllo mushroom and truffle, and artichoke and rosemary pizzas sitting alongside the classic Margherita. The dough is real star of the show; made using a special family fermentation method, it’s deep in flavour but light to eat. And with olive and anchovy tapenade, spicy romesco and basil aioli dips, there’s no way you’ll leave your crusts behind. There’s only one dessert, Nutella-filled warm dough, but really, do you need anything else in life?
Food baby guaranteed.
