MADAME PIGG’S BIG ROAST BOAST

Madame Pigg, one of Haggerton’s best neighbourhood restaurants (behind one of best Sunday roasts in London with those potatoes) is celebrating its 2nd birthday this Sunday with a MASSIVE takeaway roast. The restaurant did some banging takeaway roasts last lockdown but this time it’s levelling up with a little help from a few friends, pulling in some top chefs from across London.

Adam Hardiman from Madame Pigg will be cooking alongside Whyte Rushen who’s currently cooking at Brat, Emrah George currently heading up the stoves at Galvin La Chapelle, Daniel Wilson from Dandy and Simon Ulph who has St Leonards amongst others on his CV. As well as the usual Madame Pigg roasts (including our fave the porchetta with crackling and mountain-sized Yorkshire puds), each chef is bringing their A-game dishes, adding either a starter or a dessert to the menu. Think ham hock croquettes with burnt apple ketchup; cured Cornish mackerel; grilled leeks; bone marrow and xo sauce; and some killer-sounding miso dulce de leche doughnuts. There’ll be cocktails and wine up for grabs too.

One pound from every roast sold goes to the Street Smart homeless charity too who’ve been massively hit by the restaurants closing so you’re doing a good deed just by eating your dinner. Looks like this Sunday is the perfect time to get on your roast boast. Pre-booking via Resy applies.
