One of our favourite things about lockdown has been watching the furloughed chefs and creatives come up with innovative new businesses – everything from a borek delivery to bone marrow luges, and now Scrumplings, the super cool DIY dumplings kits. The Scrumplings kits include dough, fillings and sauces you just need to roll, fill and fold (the fun bits, right?). Created by Jack and Amy, who originally bonded over their shared appreciation for dumplings on a first date, the idea to start a food adventure together was accelerated by good old fashioned lockdown boredom coupled with life-changing redundancies.

LOTI share the dumpling appreciation. We have been known to eat our own body weight in dumplings from time to time and Yauatcha’s Chueng Fun is up there on our desert island dishes. And so a LOTI X Scrumplings co-lab was created and the crab and ndjua dumpling was born soon after. So now we have a vibrant red, Crab & Nduja dumpling with shichimi oil, black sesame seeds and pickled ginger available for a limited time only with deliveries taking place on Friday 2nd April. LOTI founders Jules and Ben even feature on the cover as dumpling heads. What’s not to love?
