London On The Inside is a hub for millennial Londoners offering news, reviews and recommendations on discoveries, experiences and hidden gems across a big city. LOTI is squarely focused on a millennial audience, 67% aged 25-34 and 90% aged 18-45. We know what makes this audience tick, how they consume content and most importantly how they engage with content.

We are looking for an experienced Media Sales Executive to be part of our unique business model and exciting journey toward continued growth. As our Media Sales Executive, you will be based in our London HQ working with both agencies and directly with businesses across the city to conceptualise and sell sponsorship packages, branded content, product integrations, digital display solutions and more.

Truly this is a solution sales role, we seek someone with the creative flair to attract and win new business while being a real people person to foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients. To flourish in the role, you will be confident self-starter used to working autonomously and proactively yet with the supportive of a wider team, your key goal being to consistently build revenue, smash your sales targets and secure market-leading bonuses!

What’s in your bag of tricks?

At least 1-year experience in online media ad sales, agency and client-direct (B2B and B2C)
Extensive experience selling branded content, custom integrated marketing campaigns, social / influencer campaigns, and online display advertising
Experience of using Google Analytics and DFP
Experience working in a target related environment
Naturally a great communicator, you will be articulate both written and verbal
Great at building relationships with client/colleagues
Positive can-do attitude
Black book brimming with contacts

What’s involved?

Continuously build your portfolio of new clients, then strive to blossom their business by making a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to business owners across relevant verticals
Foster and develop existing relationships, upselling relevant products from our range
Dealing with incoming enquiries from new & existing clients
Work with our in-house team to develop and communicate ideas and brand campaigns
Keep up to date with industry knowledge and trends

What’s next?

We will offer the successful applicant a one-month trial, working 9-5:30pm Mon – Friday from which you will receive £1000 + commission (if applicable). After the successful trial period, we will, of course, consider you for full-time employment becoming the newest member of the LOTI Team!
