Negroni Month is in full swing and the celebrations just don’t stop. Next up, Campari is joining forces with Bar Brasso for the Aperitivo Day Party featuring Perelló and if it’s anything like May’s Mortadella Party it’s likely to go off. It’s an all-day affair, running from 2pm until late, with music, snacks and, of course, aperitivo.
Darby’s Robin Gill is leading the food, providing complimentary killer snacks to keep you fuelled, as well as a special edition Dirty Perelló Soft Serve being served by Crematorium, Independent Ice Cream Co.
The evening will be soundtracked by a line-up of DJs, headed up by Owen Cutts aka ‘Mr Cutts’, who has worked with everyone from Stormzy to Jacob Collier. There’ll also be giveaways, offering the chance to bag some free Campari x Perelló limited edition merch.
At the centre of it all is Campari’s Dirty Negroni, created in partnership with Perelló. A classic negroni is equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice and finished with an orange peel garnish, so it’s bitter, bold and a genuine London bar staple. This version rides the wave for all things savoury, infusing the iconic aperitivo with Perelló olive brine for a saltier, umami-forward twist. There’ll also be a classic option for the traditionalists out there.
Tickets are just £10 and include a free Negroni on arrival – so sign up and get ready to sip, dance and enjoy the good times.
Please drink responsibly
