Wanderlust Wine has teamed up with the Totally Thames Festival to create Wine Over Water, London’s first floating wine festival. Winemakers from the UK, France, Italy, Hungary, Romania, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand will be on board the Tamesis Dock boat so you’ll be able to taste award-winning vinos from all these places as well as discover the latest trends, learn about wines from volcanic islands like Sicily and Corsica, and enter blind tasting competitions. There’ll also be plenty of food, inspired by historical dishes served on old British vessels, on board too to keep you going through all that drinking. The £25 ticket includes eight tastings but there’ll be wine to buy on deck should you need a top up.
