LONDON STOCK IS MOVING TO MAYFAIR

The South London-based fine dining restaurant is coming to London’s fine dining centre

After launching in Wandsworth back in January 2020, London Stock has gained a rep for being one of the city’s more affordable high-end restaurants. The star of the show here is their seasonal 8-course tasting menu, which is priced at just £85, but they also offer an à la carte 3-course lunch (£40), a 3-course pre-theatre menu (£50) and 4-course set menu (£60). The concept comes from Le Cordon Bleu-trained Assem Abdel Hady and Andres Bernal – their debut as a duo – who wanted to redefine the traditional fine dining experience.

Now, London Stock is moving more central with a new site set to open in Mayfair this October. London Stock no.2 will still be led by Head Chef Sebastian Rast, previously of Above at HIDE, who’s overseen the restaurant’s innovative, modern European menu since it first opened. Sustainability is also key to the London Stock ethos and they work with a carefully selected list of well-trusted suppliers while striving towards having a zero-waste kitchen.

London Stock’s new home on Sackville Street will definitely mark a milestone for the young restaurant, but whether or not it’ll mark a price increase on the menus is TBD.
